Product Introduction
Our Wooden Pallet Blocks are the foundational components for creating high-performance block pallets, the preferred choice for global shipping and automated warehouses. Machined from high-density, kiln-dried hardwoods, these precision-cut blocks provide exceptional vertical support and dimensional stability. Unlike stringer pallets that rely on continuous runners, block pallets use nine individual blocks to create a robust perimeter base, allowing for true four-way entry. This design is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern supply chains, including heavy-duty racking, high-speed conveyors, and automated storage systems. Whether you are manufacturing pallets for internal use or international export, these blocks ensure a finished product that delivers superior performance and reliability.

Product Features
Each wooden pallet block is precision-machined to exacting specifications, ensuring uniform height and square edges for stable pallet construction. The blocks are manufactured from kiln-dried lumber, which minimizes moisture content to prevent warping, shrinking, or cracking over time. This drying process also satisfies ISPM 15 phytosanitary standards for international shipping. The high-density wood composition offers superior resistance to compression and impact, ensuring the pallet maintains its structural integrity under heavy loads. Furthermore, the smooth, clean surfaces of the blocks facilitate seamless integration with automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and palletizers, reducing maintenance needs and operational downtime.
Product Structure
A standard block pallet is constructed using nine individual wooden blocks positioned strategically to support the deck boards. The configuration typically includes three blocks along each of the two perimeter stringer boards and three blocks forming the center support. These blocks create a raised, perimeter-base foundation. Top and bottom deck boards are then fastened to these blocks, creating a robust, double-faced pallet. This open, block-based structure creates wide channels on all four sides, enabling forks or pallet jacks to enter from any direction. This design provides superior strength by concentrating load-bearing capacity at the critical contact points where pallets interact with racking systems and forklifts.
Product Applications
Wooden pallet blocks are essential in the manufacturing of pallets destined for complex, high-demand supply chains. They are the industry standard for the grocery and retail sectors, where block pallets are used to safely transport heavy, case-packed goods in distribution centers. The pharmaceutical and automotive industries rely on their stability for safe racking and storage of sensitive or high-value components. In export logistics, block pallets constructed with these blocks are ubiquitous, facilitating the seamless movement of goods in standardized shipping containers. From high-speed manufacturing lines to cold storage facilities, the block pallet, built on these precision components, remains the cornerstone of modern material handling.
