NEW TECHNOLOGY
SEN TONG has currently obtained 30 patent certificates, both domestically and internationally, successfully resolving various technical challenges in molded pallet production and ensuring optimal mechanical properties. For the first time, advanced milling technology was applied to the manufacturing process of support foot molds for flower-shaped molded pallets. This innovation ensures that the decorative flowers remain securely attached to the support feet during installation.
During the die extrusion process, the sawdust flows smoothly upward, filling the space between the support foot and the base joint, achieving the ideal structural strength.
NEW PROCEDURE
We always adhere to the efficient integration of quality and low-carbon performance, adopting environmentally friendly, energy-efficient manufacturing processes. Through close collaboration with BASF in Germany and China's leading chemical company, Wanhua Chemical, we have jointly developed a specialized eco-friendly adhesive for molded trays.

SEN TONG has invested millions in research and development, independently creating China's largest, most efficient, highest-quality, and fully optimized intelligent production line. It utilizes the WPF framework in combination with the Modbus protocol, enabling intelligent data collection for molded pallet production and establishing a solid foundation for building and continuously upgrading the digital production line.
