Product Introduction
Our premium Wood Stringer Pallet is the industry standard for reliable and economical material handling. Constructed from high-quality, heat-treated (ISPM 15) lumber, this pallet is engineered to support a wide variety of loads in both domestic and international shipping. Unlike block pallets, the stringer style utilizes parallel runners, or stringers, to create a sturdy platform that is easy to manufacture and repair. This classic design has proven its effectiveness over decades, offering a perfect balance of strength, weight, and affordability. Whether you are shipping boxes, bags, or heavy machinery components, this pallet provides the stable base required for efficient transportation and storage, ensuring your products arrive safely while optimizing your freight costs.

Product Features
These pallets feature robust notched stringers that allow for four-way fork truck entry, enhancing maneuverability in tight warehouse spaces. The deck boards are precision-nailed to the stringers using hardened steel fasteners, creating a rigid, twist-resistant structure capable of high dynamic and static loads. Every pallet is constructed from kiln-dried lumber, significantly reducing moisture content to prevent mold, warping, and weight inconsistencies. This treatment also ensures compliance with international shipping standards (ISPM 15). The rough-top surface of the wood provides excellent friction, preventing load slippage during transit, while the open deck design allows for easy inspection and prevents debris buildup.
Product Structure
The fundamental structure consists of three main components: the deck boards and the stringers. The top and bottom deck boards are the parallel wooden slats that form the actual loading surface. These are fastened perpendicularly to the stringers, which are the long, continuous runners that run the length of the pallet. Typically, three stringers are used—one on each side and one down the center. Notches are often cut into these stringers to create the four-way entry points for pallet jacks. This stringer-and-deckboard configuration creates a robust, open platform that distributes weight evenly across the floor, providing a stable and reliable foundation for stacking and shipping.
Product Applications
Wood stringer pallets are ubiquitous across the global supply chain. They are the preferred choice for the consumer goods industry, efficiently handling cases of beverages, canned goods, and packaged foods. In the construction sector, they provide a rugged base for transporting lumber, cement bags, and heavy hardware. The manufacturing industry relies on them for moving automotive parts, industrial components, and machinery. Furthermore, their compliance with ISPM 15 standards makes them ideal for export, facilitating the smooth transit of goods across international borders. From agriculture to retail distribution, the wood stringer pallet remains the workhorse of material handling.
