Product Overview
Double Deck Compressed Wood Pallet is a modern logistics pallet manufactured through high-temperature compression molding technology. It is produced from recycled wood materials such as wood chips, sawdust, scrap wood, and waste pallets.
Compared with traditional wooden pallets, this compressed wood pallet offers higher load capacity, lighter weight, and excellent space-saving performance. The nail-free structure reduces packaging damage and improves safety during handling.
The double deck compressed wood pallet is widely used in global logistics, warehousing, and export transportation due to its durability, environmental sustainability, and compliance with international phytosanitary standards.

Key Features
1. High Load Capacity
The high-density molded structure ensures excellent strength and stability, allowing the pallet to carry heavier loads than traditional wooden pallets.
2. Lightweight Design
The pallet weight is approximately 60% lighter than conventional wood pallets, making handling, transportation, and storage more efficient.
3. Space-Saving Nestable Structure
The unique nesting design allows pallets to be stacked tightly together. Up to 66% of storage space can be saved compared with conventional pallets.
4. Nail-Free Safety Structure
The pallet is manufactured without nails or metal fasteners, which reduces product damage and improves safety for workers during packing and transportation.

5. Export-Ready & Quarantine Free
Compressed wood pallets meet ISPM 15 international phytosanitary standards and can be exported directly without fumigation or quarantine treatment.
6. Eco-Friendly and Recyclable
Made from recycled wood waste such as sawdust and wood chips, the pallet supports sustainable manufacturing and can be recycled after use.
The production of compressed wood pallets follows a high-temperature compression molding process:
Waste wood and recycled materials are crushed into fine wood chips.
The wood chips are dried to reduce moisture content.
The dried materials are mixed with thermosetting resin.
The mixture is placed into molds and compressed under high temperature and high pressure.
The finished pallets are molded in a single pressing process.
This manufacturing process effectively eliminates insects and fungi in the raw materials while producing a high-density molded wood pallet that prevents reinfestation.
